House White Wine


Jackson Triggs Sauvignon Blanc - Ontario

Vinted in cool-climate setting, this Sauvignon Blanc has a distinctive floral bouquet which is complimented by notes of citrus fruit and dill. It has a good structure and an elegant finish. Best served with grilled vegetables, flavourful soups and salads, fresh seafood or create our own pairing with one of our signature dishes.

House Red Wine


Jackson Triggs Cabernet Sauvignon - Ontario

Vinted in cool-climate style, this Cabernet Sauvignon is full bodied with subtle blackcurrant fruit on the nose. It is a dry, well-balanced wine with pleasing notes of tannin and oak on the palate. Best served with red meats, tomato-based pasta dishes, pizza or try painting it with your favourite entrée.

Masi Bonacosta Valpolicella Classico - Italy

Ruby red colour with violet tinges. Bouquets of violets, roses, and mint combined with cherries and spices such as cinnamon and cloves. Fresh on the palate, well structured with good weight and an attractive overlay of tannins.


Wolf Blass Yellow Label Cabernet Sauvignon - Australia

A rich deep red wine - aromas of plum and berry drift up from the glass. These scents develop into flavours of rich berry, plum and a subtle touch of oak. This wine follows through with a delicate mouth feel and good length.


Woodbridge Estates Merlot - California

This is a young merlot with a touch of oak. Elegant fruitiness with red berries and spicy pepper aroma, ripe plum and prune flavours. Supple and clean, this wine has round and soft tannins and a delicious velvety texture.

Wolf Blass Yellow Label Chardonnay - Australia

A lovely, elegant wine with a bright, fresh nose, aromas of peach, nectarine and nutty, creamy oak, an underlaying complexity of cashews, spices and citrus. A balanced palate with a soft delicate entry, powerful fruit all araound, bound by a layer of toasty oak.


Woodbridge Estates Pinot Grigio – California

Woodbridge Pinot Grigio is a fresh, lively white wine with fragrant notes of pear, melon, flowers, cinnamon and nutmeg, culminating in a crisp, dry finish.

Berringer White Zinfandel - Ontario

Fresh strawberry, raspberry, and orange peel aromas and flavours with a slight rose hue with a slightly creamy texture and rounded out with citrus flavours with notes of pear, apple, and nutmeg spices.
